Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of field marketing programs, including trade shows, partner events, customer events, executive roundtables, webinars, and regional activations
Manage all event logistics including venue coordination, vendor management, registration, shipping, swag, catering, staffing, travel coordination, and on-site execution
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, event briefs, run-of-shows, and execution plans
Partner closely with regional sales teams and internal stakeholders to align event goals, attendee engagement strategies, and follow-up activities
Support post-event reporting, lead tracking, ROI analysis, and program optimization
Collaborate with channel and alliance partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns
Coordinate partner-sponsored events, demand generation activities, and promotional programs
Support the execution of partner marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth, partner engagement, and brand awareness
Work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Operations teams to execute integrated campaigns
Coordinate with creative, digital, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign and event assets
Effectively manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, venues, and contractors in a remote-first environment

Requirements
3โ€“5 years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing roles
Experience working in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment preferred
Proven ability to manage marketing events and programs from planning through execution
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across distributed teams
Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward proactively
Experience with marketing and event platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Splash, or similar tools is an asset
