Special Education Attorney – LBAPS

Responsibilities
* Represent families in hearings, mediations, and due process cases
* Review and advise on IEPs and special education documentation
* Prepare legal motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
* Advocate for students to ensure services required by law
* Maintain case records and meet legal timelines

Qualifications
* JD from an accredited law school
* Licensed to practice law in New York
* Experience in special education law or student advocacy
