Job description
A large, successful Skilled Nursing Facility group in the Lakewood area is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and executive reporting across approximately 90 facilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare/SNF finance experience, advanced modeling and analytical skills, and the ability to partner with operations leadership to drive financial performance. Experience analyzing labor, census, reimbursement, cash flow, AR, and facility-level KPIs preferred.
