Growing SNF group is looking for an experienced Senior HR Professional to oversee HR operations across multiple out-of-state facilities.
Requirements:
* Strong multi-facility SNF/LTC experience
* Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws
* Hands-on experience with employee relations, progressive discipline, rightful terminations, and Workers’ Compensation
* Ability to partner with leadership and provide practical HR guidance across multiple locations
