5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience is required, with strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and SQL considered highly advantageous. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with agentic, AI-driven workflows and rapid code generation tools, and be a fast-moving builder who prioritizes execution, iteration, and practical problem-solving.
