Essential Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, annual wellness visits, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, serving as a trusted healthcare partner.
Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Promote preventive health measures, screenings, and wellness initiatives.
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Maintain complete and accurate medical records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

What We’re Looking For

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering positive patient experiences.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
