Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Qualifications

Proven experience as Canvassing Manager or Canvassing Director in the Home Improvement Industry.
