Collaborate with the Director of Web Product and PM on sprint work and roadmap prioritization.
Design new content templates and page types as the content program scales.
Work directly with engineering during implementation to make sure things ship right.

Design systems ownership: has built or meaningfully evolved a design system.
AI tool fluency: uses Claude and other AI tools actively in research synthesis, concepting, and spec writing.
Experimentation thinking: designs tests to answer questions, not just to look better than the control.
Engineering partnership: writes specs engineers can build from and follows through during implementation.

5+ years in product design with a portfolio that includes conversion-focused work.

Experience designing for experimentation: A/B test design, not just aesthetics.
Strong IA and information hierarchy grasp.
Healthcare, financial services, or trust-sensitive category background.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
