Job description
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop pricing, profitability, and forecasting models to support Consumer Banking decisions.
Act as the data steward for Finance, governing data quality, integrity, and accessibility for profitability metrics.
Analyze portfolio, customer, and product profitability to identify growth opportunities
Develop reporting analytics to evaluate Line of Business segment Return on Capital performance, highlighting areas of strength and opportunity for improvement down to the relationship manager level.
Partner with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Technology and business teams to improve data quality and reporting.
Support pricing strategy through market, customer, and financial analysis.
Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or a related field, with expertise in consumer banking or financial services.
3+ years of experience with profitability metrics (RAR, RAROC).
Additional Qualifications
Advanced degree preferred
Strong technical skills in data modeling, ETL processes, and tools like SQL, Python, or Alteryx.
Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
