Title Opener- Entry Level

Well Established Bergen County NJ title company is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Opener to join our team

Training will be Provided  – No experience ? No problem ! We provide Fully paid hands on- training from day one !

This is a vital role responsible for the initial processing and setup of all new title orders.

🎯 The Role
As the first point of contact for new files, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering data, ordering searches, and ensuring every transaction starts off on the right foot.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Data Entry: Accurately inputting new orders into our system from contracts and applications.
• Search Coordination: Identifying the necessary searches (Tax, Title, Patriot, etc.) and placing orders immediately.
• File Setup: Reviewing incoming documents for completeness and following up on missing information.
• Team Support: Distributing files to the appropriate Title Production teams to keep the workflow moving.

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Skills: High accuracy, ability to multitask, and a “can-do” attitude.
