Job description
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming community environment. This position is responsible for assisting residents, managing building access, coordinating resident requests, and supporting daily property operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk.
Monitor and control building access while maintaining community security procedures.
Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and courteously.
Coordinate package acceptance, logging, and resident notification procedures.
Maintain accurate records of visitors, packages, incident reports, and resident communications.
Assist with resident events and community engagement activities.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
Coordinate with the management and maintenance teams to ensure resident needs are addressed.
Provide communication and assistance in absence of management.
Monitor common areas and report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, concierge, or multifamily experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to operate standard office equipment.
