Manager- Single Billing Office

Responsible for overseeing Customer Service and Self Pay collections. Provide training, support, and oversight to enable a high level of customer satisfaction and collect patient accounts receivable in a timely manner, in compliance with all regulatory and intermediary requirements.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree Required or
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Experience
5 years experience in a related role with several years in a supervisory capacity Required
3 years experience in billing operations and collections Required
3 years experience in healthcare receivables and/or insurance claims processing Required
3 years experience with computerized billing systems, preferably EPIC Required
3 years experience in Customer Service Management Required
