Handle support requests as they come in: forgotten passwords, process support, data upload needs, report/dashboard creation needs, etc.
Encourage colleagues to own their data by answering questions with instructions for next time or providing training related to the questions/skills.
Support weekly Salesforce Office Hours, including raising key findings to team members for future impact.
Proactively create, maintain, and upgrade user documentation for staff, including best practices, user guides, and general tips and tricks.
Identify and help implement organizational AI adoption of Claude and champion tools that streamline systems and support operational efficiency.
Keep up to date on and plan for new features in Salesforce, FormAssembly, and Salesforce apps, etc, and provide ongoing training as Salesforce implements new features.
External Data Management: Oversee Repair’s external data collection and program application processes in partnership with the peer Data Manager (10%)

Ensure the link between Salesforce and FormAssembly is seamless; managing all forms and related Salesforce connectors – and troubleshooting as needed.
Investigate and resolve form errors, scope and design outlines for new forms, and provide other upgrades as needed.
