Job description

Your Mission
Perimeter Security & Access Control: Monitor and secure property boundaries, gates, and entry points. Vet and manage access for visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
Surveillance & Monitoring: Operate and monitor residential security systems including CCTV, motion sensors, and alarm systems.
Emergency Response: Act as first responder to medical emergencies, intrusions, fire alarms, and other incidents within the residence.
Routine Patrols & Area Sweeps: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled patrols of the property, ensuring all zones are secure and free of threats.
Family & Staff Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with household members and staff. Understand and respect privacy and family dynamics.
Incident Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity.
Coordination with Protective Details: Support mobile executive protection teams during arrivals/departures and coordinate with estate management for seamless operations.
Protocol Enforcement: Uphold household security protocols, including rules around photography, guest access, and restricted areas.
What You Bring
Experience:

Prior work in Residential Security Teams (RST), Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response.
Familiarity with estate operations and high-net-worth residential environments.

Certifications & Credentials:

Valid Guard Card (FL D & G license) & Firearm Permit (concealed and/or exposed)
U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
CPR Certification; EMT license preferred
Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy
Background Investigation & Drug Screening
Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
Skills & Attributes:

Strong situational awareness and tactical mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Familiarity with residential security technologies and protocols
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military or law enforcement experience
LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit
Specialized training in emergency medicine, crisis management, or surveillance
Experience with estate management systems and smart home security platforms
