What You’ll Drive
Supply Chain & Logistics: Own the flow of goods and manage high-level vendor relationships.
System Innovation: Constantly improve Align’s paperless flagship processes to help us scale with “custom excellence.”
Operational Excellence: Ensure Align’s locations are physically and operationally aligned—clean, stocked, and perfect.

Key Responsibilities
Team Collaboration: Prepare the Weekly Ops & L10 Agenda, update the scorecard, hold the team accountable to our action items.
Own our internal systems. You’ll support the charge on CRM transitions, be the liaison with our IT dev companies, and QA the tech setup for new locations.
Marketing & Events: Support growth by analyzing campaign data, and leading the end-to-end execution of events that elevate the Align brand, working with Align’s Creative Lead.
CEO’s Right Hand: Act as a “force multiplier” for the CEO—supporting high-level projects, drafting executive communications, and handling the critical tasks that keep the business scaling.
Operational Integrity: Maintain comprehensive databases, organize digital files, and ensure our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are clear and followed.
Data Analysis: Ensuring accurate data capture in Align’s ops, and ensuring efficient reporting at monthly and quarterly meetings, improving systems to optimize data collection.
