Floor Technician

Responsibilities

Perform routine floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Conduct carpet cleaning and buffing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure all areas are clean and safe for residents, staff, and visitors.
Assist with custodial duties as needed to support overall facility hygiene.
Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.
Maintain equipment used for floor care and report any malfunctions.

Requirements
Requirements

Proven experience in floor care or custodial services preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and residents.
