Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
Utilize CMMS for tracking work orders and managing maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
Assist in supervising maintenance staff as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory of supplies.
Requirements
Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
Familiarity with CMMS software is highly desirable.
Basic electrical skills and understanding of logic controllers are beneficial.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in English; leadership experience is a plus.
