Job description

Product Marketing Manager, Horizon Responsibilities
Shape the core consumer experience by leading inbound and outbound work that enables users to discover, play, connect with friends, and find value in Horizon quickly
Build integration foundations across Meta’s apps to make cross-app discovery an effective lever for growth
Drive Horizon’s App Store presence including positioning, creative direction, testing plan, content updates, and conversion measurement
Represent the voice of the customer within the Horizon product organization, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to influence product roadmap prioritization and feature development
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for Horizon product launches, coordinating across marketing, communications, partnerships, and legal to drive awareness, adoption, and retention
Collaborate with user experience research and data science teams to build a continuous feedback loop between market signals and product decisions
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, growth, or analytical roles
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar discipline
Experience partnering cross-functionally (Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Design, User Experience Research, Legal/Privacy) to ship product changes and improve funnels
Demonstrated ability to own ambiguous work end-to-end: insight → strategy → execution → measurement
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear narratives and simple plans
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Experience working on early-stage or platform-level products in ambiguous, high-growth environments
Experience working on AI products – ideally for a consumer audience, but experience working on AI tools for developers, businesses, and policymakers also applies
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Experience marketing social, gaming, or virtual world products on mobile platforms
