Own Commercial Performance

Lead the store to meet and exceed sales targets through clear priorities, strong leadership and great customer outcomes.

Take a thoughtful, proactive approach to loss prevention, protecting the health of the business.

Use insight and data to make smart commercial decisions, manage budgets well and drive sustainable performance.

Customer Excellence & Community

Lead by example on the floor, delivering warm, memorable customer experiences rooted in trust and connection.

Listen closely to customer feedback and take ownership of resolving issues with care and integrity.

ALL ABOUT YOU

Five + years of retail leadership experience, ideally as a store manager in a high traffic or flagship environment

Demonstrated experience of building and leading a high performing retail teams

Experience owning or influencing store P&L, labour planning and commercial decision making

Passionate about fitness, health, wellbeing and natural movement

Flexibility to work between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with availability for shift scheduling seven days a week. Store hours may vary according to business needs. Able to work approximately 40 hours per week, including one weekend day

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with POS systems and retail technology

0 – 10% travel out of state & international travel

Ability to Stand/Walk for Extended Periods: Ability to stand and move for an entire shift, must be capable of remaining on the sales floor and actively engaging with customers throughout shifts.

Must be able to safely lift boxes and packages weighing up to 30 pounds to facilitate inventory management and customer service.

Navigating Stairs: Depending on store layout, must be prepared to go up and down stairs as needed for various functions in the retail space.
