Sales Consultant

What We’re Looking For

A passion for customer service and creating a great customer experience
Strong listening skills and a naturally consultative approach
Experience connecting with customers, whether through retail, hospitality, service, or sales
Confidence in guiding decisions, including closing sales, navigating conversations, and overcoming objections in a helpful, respectful way
Interest or experience in building relationships that drive repeat business (client relationship management)
Comfort working toward goals, including sales quotas, KPIs, or other performance metrics
Flexibility to work a retail schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Comfort with technology and learning new tools
Sales experience is great–but not required. We also value experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, teaching, or other people-focused roles.
