Day to Day Responsibilities:

Lead Transfr’s SEO and AEO strategy, helping workforce and education leaders discover Transfr when they are searching for solutions.

Build and execute an organic content strategy that turns audience questions, search insights, and business priorities into high-performing onsite and offsite content.

Own the day-to-day health and accuracy of transfrinc.com, making content updates in Webflow and ensuring the site reflects current messaging, products, campaigns, and priorities.

Improve website performance by optimizing page content, metadata, internal linking, content structure, calls to action, and conversion paths.

Identify technical SEO opportunities to improve crawlability, indexation, redirects, page speed, schema, broken links, and site health.

Manage Transfr’s social media agency and coordinate with Webflow design agency, freelancers, or other external partners to move projects forward.

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, website optimization, digital marketing, or a related role including familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and technical website QA.

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword strategy, search intent, content optimization, technical SEO, internal linking, metadata, and site structure.

Experience developing content strategies that improve organic visibility, audience engagement, and conversion.

Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, content development, SEO workflows, reporting, and productivity. Examples may include Claude, ChatGPT, AirOps, Jasper, Writer, Clearscope, MarketMuse, or similar tools.

Naturally curious about how search behavior is changing, including AI-powered search, answer engines, generative search results, and emerging organic growth tactics.

Experience analyzing website, content, and search performance data and translating insights into clear recommendations and action plans.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other coding language

Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, timelines, and cross-functional feedback while working on a small, hands-on marketing team.

Nice to Have:

Experience in B2B SaaS, education technology, workforce development, government, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
