Qualifications and Requirements:

Current Physical Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
1 year of physical therapist experience is preferred – home health and OASIS experience preferred
Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
Current Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
Ability to successfully complete a background check
