Key Responsibilities

Consult with pre-qualified clients on their insurance and legacy planning needs

– Recommend suitable coverage and guide decisions

– Manage the sales cycle using our warm lead system and proven processes

– Build lasting client relationships for renewals and referrals

– Stay sharp through our training on industry trends and products

Qualifications

Active Life and/or Health Insurance License (required) – licensing support/guidance available for strong candidates

Must be a currently licensed insurance agent and a U.S. resident (required) – no exceptions

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed

– Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

– Sales background a plus, but we train motivated individuals
