As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be immersing yourself in the Roller Rabbit brand and helping to build our community. We strive to deliver amazing shopping experiences both IRL and online, so as a Customer Experience Associate, this will be your specialty.

What you’ll do

· Provide warm, energetic, elevated, and empathic service through phone, chat, and email.

· Master our internal management systems to process all order related things.

· Share your fit and product expertise with customers and peers alike.

· Think creatively to help build new processes.

Desired Skills & Experience

· 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service

· Familiar with Gorgias, Gladly or a similar platform

· Experience using Shopify

· Experience with a ticketing request system

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
