What You’ll Lead

Organizational Growth

• Develop and execute ZBT’s long-term growth strategy.

• Drive recruitment, expansion, retention, and chapter sustainability.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen ZBT’s presence on strategic campuses.

• Measure performance through data and organizational KPIs.

Strategic Partnerships

• Lead ZBT’s partnership with Phired Up.

• Develop relationships that strengthen recruitment, leadership development, and organizational visibility.

• Collaborate with Jewish community partners to advance ZBT’s mission and campus impact.

Leadership

• Lead and develop the Growth team.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

• Build future leaders through coaching and professional development.

Executive Leadership

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Supreme Council.

• Partner across departments to align growth initiatives with organizational priorities.

• Manage departmental resources and communicate results to volunteer leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, higher education, membership organizations, business development, fundraising, sales, or related fields.

• Demonstrated success leading teams, managing strategic initiatives, and building partnerships.

• Strong understanding of the Jewish community and higher education landscape.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel nationally, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred

• Master’s degree.

• Experience with fraternity/sorority life or membership organizations.

• Experience working with volunteer-led organizations.

• Familiarity with fraternity recruitment strategies.

• Zeta Beta Tau alumnus in good standing.
