Growth Marketing Manager

📍 New York City (On-Site)

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and growth strategy for a fast-growing startup.

💰 Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base + up to $50,000 in equity

Responsibilities:
• Manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
• Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition
• Lead email marketing in Klaviyo
• Analyze campaign performance and run growth experiments
• Collaborate with creators and influencers on ad content

Qualifications:
✔ 3–5 years of growth marketing experience
✔ 2+ years managing Meta & Google Ads
✔ Experience with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Meta Business Suite
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
