A residential apartment community is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to lease apartments, build strong resident relationships, and support daily property management operations.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and tour prospective residents.
* Lease apartments and follow up with prospects.
* Prepare leases and manage leads using CRM systems.
* Handle resident relations, service requests, and rent collection.
* Assist with administrative duties and community events.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of leasing or property management experience.
* Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Schedule:
Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Fridays & Saturdays off)
