Maintenance Superintendent

A residential apartment community is seeking a skilled Maintenance Superintendent to oversee property maintenance and repairs. This is a live-in position for a dependable, hands-on professional.

Responsibilities:

* Complete maintenance requests and preventative maintenance.
* Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and appliance repairs.
* Maintain grounds, including snow removal.
* Coordinate with contractors and respond to on-call emergencies.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of maintenance or construction experience.
* Experience with general building repairs.
* Valid driver’s license and own tools required.
* Ability to live on-site and participate in an on-call rotation.
