Job Title: Maintenance Superintendent
Location: Morristown, NJ
Salary: $50,000–$54,000

Description:
A residential apartment community is seeking a skilled Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance of the property. This is a hands-on role for a dependable, self-motivated maintenance professional.

Responsibilities:

* Complete maintenance requests and preventative maintenance.
* Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance, and general building repairs.
* Maintain property grounds, including snow removal.
* Coordinate with contractors and respond to after-hours emergencies.
* Safely operate company vehicles and maintenance equipment.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of maintenance or construction experience.
* HVAC and plumbing experience preferred; EPA License is a plus.
* Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and personal tools required.
* Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
