Property Manager

Greenfield, NC On-site

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, lead an on-site team, and ensure excellent resident service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in residential property management.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise an on-site property management team.
* Oversee customer service and resident relations.
* Manage delinquencies and collections.
* Conduct outreach, property tours, and open houses.
* Coordinate maintenance requests and resolve resident complaints.
* Ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and inspection-ready.
* Prepare for and coordinate Section 8 inspections.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of property management experience.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Responsible, proactive, and organized.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
