We are seeking a proven development operator to take full ownership of our active multifamily pipeline from post-acquisition through final completion. As a direct extension of ownership, you will lead end-to-end execution by aggressively driving project schedules, navigating complex NYC approvals, solving issues proactively, and holding all consultants and project teams strictly accountable.
