Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans

Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain

Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions

Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and care routines

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Experience:

Previous experience in patient care, particularly in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings, is preferred or home care

Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices

Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures
