Job description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual therapy sessions with a focus on culturally informed practices, particularly for Black women and teens.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Collaborate with other therapists to foster a supportive, connected team environment.
Utilize our client management systems to document sessions and manage client information efficiently, ensuring minimal paperwork.
Requirements
Florida resident, *independently licensed* to practice mental health in Florida (PhD, PsyD, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) – Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to extend positions to interns at this time.
Minimum of two years of experience providing therapy services, with a focus on culturally responsive care for Black women and teens.
Experience with active, evidence-based approaches to treatment (e.g., CBT, solution-focused therapy).
Willingness to see clients in-person at our office, only one day per week.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Organized and able to manage documentation with minimal administrative support.
Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and remote work requirements.
