Inbound (Stocking)

Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
Lead and support a team of canvassers
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback
Track daily activity, productivity, and team goals
Develop strategies to improve performance and maximize results
Conduct regular team meetings, field observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions
Ensure team members follow company standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:

Previous leadership, supervisory, or team canvass management experience is a MUST
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Reliable transportation
