Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of clinical and administrative positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
-Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
-Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
-Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
-Maintain accurate candidate records
