The Associate Manager, Website Content Editor is a detail-driven executor responsible for bringing equinox.com to life across campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives. Sitting within the Digital team, this role owns the day-to-day build and publishing of web content in the content management system (CMS), ensuring every page goes live accurately, on time, compliant, and to a high standard. This person is a reliable cross-functional partner who brings CMS expertise to the briefing process and keeps the site’s content running cleanly behind the scenes.

What You Will Do

Build, publish, and QA web pages in the CMS across campaigns, promotional offers, growth landing pages and evergreen site content for equinox.com
Implement copy, imagery, modules, and layout updates accurately and on schedule, following briefs from Integrated Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams
Manage site content requests and publishing calendars to ensure all site updates go live on time and error-free
Conduct thorough QA across devices and browsers before publishing (checking links, formatting, copy accuracy, and module behavior)
Maintain and organize an asset library including assets, templates, and reusable modules

Content Input & Collaboration

Participate in campaign briefings as a CMS and content subject matter resource, providing input on module options, page structure, and what has worked on-site previously
Communicate CMS capabilities and constraints clearly to creative and marketing partners so briefs are set up for feasible execution

Site Governance

Conduct regular audits of live pages to identify outdated content, broken links, or inconsistencies
Maintain a clean, organized CMS, archiving old pages, managing redirects, and ensuring naming conventions are followed
Support SEO best practices in partnership with Agency to ensure published content includes meta titles, descriptions, alt text, and heading structure
Qualifications
3 years of experience in web content management, digital content operations, or content strategy
Hands-on experience with Contentful or a similar enterprise CMS
Strong attention to detail and practical editorial judgment
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines independently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clarify requirements, manage reviews, and escalate risks or gaps appropriately.
Strong written communication skills for QA notes, stakeholder updates, and internal feedback
