Due to our expanding client roster and scopes, Burson is seeking to hire a group of Analysts to join our best-in-class Insights & Intelligence team, supporting some of the world’s most recognizable global brands such as The Coca-Cola Company, Verizon and Google.

As part of a highly collaborative team, you’ll gain hands-on experience designing and executing research, uncovering actionable insights, and helping clients make informed business decisions through data and analysis. What you’ll do:
Designing and contributing to a research plan that addresses objectives and answers key questions
Drafting research instruments such as surveys, polls, screeners, discussion guides, and Boolean searches
Managing and executing data gathering and fieldwork, including external vendor management when necessary
Project management of Insights-based projects to ensure timely delivery and coordination with internal and external clients
Formatting, pulling, and analyzing data to draw insights from research findings, filtering the data to support the story
Producing clear and compelling research deliverables such as toplines, reports, visualizations, presentations, and memos of research findings
Serving as a subject matter expert in core methods and tools related to their skillset or specialty area
Directing, contributing to, or executing all Research Analyst competencies as needed

Experience that contributes to success:
At least 3 years of experience primarily in market research (including quantitative and qualitative methodologies)
Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative primary research methods, including surveys, in-depth-interviews and focus groups
Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong time-management and organizational skills; the ability to juggle multiple projects
An ability to work well under deadlines and with multiple teams concurrently
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office systems (particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
A college degree or equivalent preferred
