Job description

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily audiovisual support for conference rooms, executive meetings, presentations, town halls, and special events, including setup, testing, operating, and breakdown of AV equipment.
Deliver exceptional white-glove customer service to senior executives, board members, donors, and VIP guests.
Consult with meeting organizers and conference room users to understand event requirements and recommend appropriate audiovisual solutions.
Operate and support videoconferencing platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration technologies.
Troubleshoot audiovisual, videoconferencing, networking, and room-control system issues during live meetings and events.
Perform routine maintenance and coordinate repairs or replacements of AV equipment as needed.
Provide timely responses to service requests and support tickets while maintaining a professional, respectful, and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

College degree in a related field and 3–5 years of audiovisual support experience in a corporate environment, or an equivalent combination of professional AV experience and technical school training.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide professional, white-glove service.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic hands-on audiovisual skills, including familiarity with projection systems, monitors, audio mixing boards, wireless microphones, display resolutions, and general AV cabling.
Working knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and basic Mac operating systems, along with a basic understanding of networking fundamentals and videoconferencing technologies.
Experience supporting Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise collaboration platforms.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally climb ladders, and move audiovisual equipment as required.
