compliance Director

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Director to oversee credentialing, payer contracting, and compliance across a behavioral health and substance use disorder organization. This role requires strong experience working with both commercial payers and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

* Lead provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and CAQH maintenance.
* Negotiate and manage commercial payer contracts, fee schedules, and renewals.
* Oversee credentialing status and prevent enrollment gaps.
* Support HIPAA, audits, regulatory inquiries, and compliance requirements.
* Develop and oversee credentialing, contracting, and authorization teams.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial payer policies and behavioral health regulations.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of healthcare credentialing, contracting, and payer relations experience.
* Hands-on experience on both the commercial payer and provider sides.
* Behavioral health and/or substance use disorder experience.
