Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy services. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide skilled physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Collaborate with physicians and other members of the care team.
* Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Communicate with patients and families regarding progress and care plans.

Requirements:

* Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* Current, unrestricted Montana Physical Therapist license.
* Current CPR certification.
* Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
* New graduates are welcome.
