Responsibilities:

* Serve as a point of contact for the Marketing Director.
* Create marketing materials and flyers using Canva.
* Respond to online reviews and communicate with residents.
* Coordinate with onsite teams to implement projects.
* Oversee projects from planning through completion.

Requirements:
