ABA State Director

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ABA State Director to oversee intake, referrals, case coordination, and operational growth. This role works closely with families, referral sources, onboarding, and clinical teams to ensure cases move efficiently from referral through services.

Responsibilities:

* Build relationships with doctors and referral sources.
* Manage intake and guide families through required paperwork.
* Coordinate with onboarding and clinical teams.
* Track cases and ensure timely follow-up.
* Assist with strategy development and compliance.
* Support operational growth within assigned markets.
* Travel to various states approximately twice per month.

Requirements:

* ABA experience preferred, but not required.
* Entry-level candidates may be considered.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive.
* Motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
