We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to launch and lead a new OPWDD Day Habilitation program in Brooklyn. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building programs, developing teams, and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee startup and daily operations of the Day Habilitation program
* Recruit, supervise, and mentor staff
* Ensure OPWDD regulatory compliance
* Develop policies, procedures, and operational systems
* Build community partnerships
* Monitor quality and program growth
Qualifications:
* Management or supervisory experience required
* OPWDD/Day Habilitation experience preferred
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
