Excel & Data Analyst (Full-Time)

Location: Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $80,000 per year

We’re looking for a smart, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with strong Excel skills to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets, and solving business problems through data.

Responsibilities

* Analyze and organize large Excel spreadsheets.
* Build reports and dashboards using Excel.
* Identify trends, errors, and opportunities within data.
* Use advanced Excel functions, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis tools.
* Ensure data accuracy and maintain organized records.
* Work closely with management to support business decisions through data analysis.
* Perform ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field).
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
* Excellent communication skills.
