Here’s how you’ll contribute

Interact with guests in a courteous, helpful manner; handle needs promptly

Respect and uphold guest privacy and personal information

Ensure health and safety compliance and report hazards

Provide security for guest belongings while servicing suites

Clean and replenish guest suites: sanitize bathrooms, make beds, tidy living/kitchen areas, laundry as per Minto standards

Report malfunctioning equipment, furniture, and appliances

Remove linens/towels not meeting quality standards and maintain linen closets in tidy order

Return lost-and-found items as per procedure

Flag maintenance issues for corrective action

Assist colleagues during high-demand periods or emergencies

Push, pull, and lift moderate weight safely

Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager

Previous cleaning experience (asset) and customer service training (asset)

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Energetic, team-oriented personality

Ability to meet physical demands: regular walking, standing, bending, lifting moderate weight

Flexibility to work weekends; knowledge of English language
