Job description
What You’ll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for unusual conditions, access concerns, and potential disruptions involving offices, technical areas, and communications infrastructure, and report observations according to site procedures.
Document patrol activity and security-related incidents through clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate concerns to designated personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A state-, county-, or city-issued security license is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
