W2 employee position with consistent, year-round work

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Daytime hours based on the service appointment schedule
Daily travel throughout the Greater Cleveland area
Occasional travel to Pittsburgh, PA

What You’ll Do

Complete residential warranty and service calls for windows, doors, baths, sunrooms, and exterior remodeling projects
Diagnose product, installation, and performance issues and determine the appropriate solution
Perform repairs, adjustments, punch list items, and minor corrective work
Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide a professional customer experience
Coordinate with project managers, installers, customer service, and other team members as needed
Travel daily to customer homes throughout the assigned territory
Perform additional field tasks as assigned
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have

Minimum 3 years of experience in the home improvement industry
Experience servicing or installing windows, doors, baths, sunrooms, siding, or other exterior remodeling products preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently in the field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel throughout Northeast Ohio with occasional trips to Pittsburgh
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
