Teaching opportunities are available for students in Kindergarten through 7th Grade.

Who You Are

You:
Have experience teaching or working with children (parenthood counts!)
Have a love of Judaism and a desire to continue learning
Have familiarity with the Hebrew Aleph-Bet and foundational Hebrew words and prayers
Bring warmth, creativity, energy, and strong Jewish values to your teaching
Enjoy collaborating with fellow teachers and madrichim (student aides)
Use creative teaching methods to engage students
Think outside the box
Are flexible and able to adapt your teaching style to meet students’ needs
What You’ll Do

You will:
Welcome students each week with a smile (and maybe a high-five!)
Partner with parents to support each child’s success
Teach from a thoughtfully developed curriculum while adding your own creativity and ideas
Communicate regularly with families through email and other channels
Participate in staff meetings and professional learning opportunities to continue growing as an educator
