Job description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct literature reviews to support ongoing research projects.
Clean, manage, and analyze large health datasets using Stata (or similar statistical software).
Perform descriptive and multivariable statistical analyses under investigator supervision.
Prepare publication-quality tables, figures, and data visualizations for manuscripts, conference abstracts, and scientific presentations.
Present research progress during team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary investigators.
Assist with drafting manuscripts, abstracts, and research proposals.
Maintain organized analytic code and research documentation to ensure reproducible research.
Opportunity to contribute as a co-author on scientific abstracts and manuscripts, with the potential to lead an independent research project based on experience and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Master’s degree or higher education level
Data analysis experience: Strong Stata programming (or other statistical software) skills.
Preferred
Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS) or SEER data management experience.
