Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Observe and document children’s progress and communicate regularly with families.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
Follow all licensing regulations and school policies.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications

Familiarity with Jewish traditions, holidays, customs, and basic prayers.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to pass all required background checks.
